PARK CHURCH

Worship with us Sundays, online @ 9 AM

In-Person Worship @ 10:30 AM

Masks are strongly encouraged.

Family Night in the Park

Bring your kids to Gregory Park this summer! We’ll hear a Bible story, share a simple craft, and have plenty of time to reconnect & play.

These summer opportunities will take the place of a traditional VBS this year. Our hope is that families can reconnect and deepen relationships with each other and God. We will not be serving food, but will have plenty of time to play, visit, and learn together! Our hope is that parents can connect and visit while our kids have their lessons with Jamie and Anna.

Welcome to Park Church

Coming Home

We are glad you're here! Park Church is a vibrant, intergenerational community that gathers regularly for worship, small groups, and service projects. We are passionate about building relationships, having fun together, and making a difference in our community. Whether you're a family with young children, an empty-nester, new to the area, or a long-time resident - we would love to be your church home! Even while we worship exclusively online, we'd love to connect you with a small group. Visit our Connect page and send us a note, we'd love to hear from you!

Worship + COVID

We are worshipping in person and online! On May 20, 2021, we made updates to our Covid Policy. While we are still in the midst of a pandemic, many people have decreased risk factors due to vaccine effectiveness. The following are updates to our Covid-19 Policy:

  • Masks: We strongly recommend wearing masks at church, but no longer require them. Because some within our congregation do not yet have access to COVID-19 vaccines, we continue to encourage masking until all children, youth, and adults are eligible. We will also require masks for any indoor events (outside of worship) where adults, youth, & children work in close proximity (such as work projects, confirmation, or Sunday school) for the time being.
  • Worship: We no longer require registration, distancing, or masks. We strongly encourage masks and distancing be kept. We will not yet resume congregational singing but will continue with prerecorded music. For those unvaccinated, singing continues to be high risk; therefore, out of care for our entire congregation, we will not resume congregational singing until vaccine numbers increase and youth & children are eligible for the vaccine.
  • Small Groups: May meet without size or time limits. Refreshments may resume. We encourage groups to discuss together their comfort with serving refreshments or gathering unmasked.
  • Nursery: At this time, the nursery is open but unstaffed. Parents are welcome to make use of the space if your child needs a break from worship, though we ask you to: (1) stay and supervise, (2) remain masked when with children, and (3) help us keep the area picked up and clean. As always, we love children in worship and they are always welcome, wiggles and all!
  • Children & Youth: Youth aged 12-15 have just become eligible for vaccination, and children under 12 are not yet eligible. As such, youth, children, and volunteers should continue to mask for indoor ministry events with children & youth.

The life of the church is open not only to vaccinated people, and we know many continue to exercise caution. Out of care for our entire congregation, we have been careful in adapting guidelines. We will continue offering online worship and small group opportunities. We recommend wearing masks, not only for your protection but also in solidarity and Christian love for one another. And most importantly, we ask for abundant grace and support for your Pastors, staff, leadership, and church family as we make our way thru this next phase of reopening!
